Center Manager – Precision Imaging Centers

The Center Manager at Precision Imaging Centers is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the imaging center. This includes ensuring a seamless patient experience, managing staff, and meeting performance goals. The role requires a dynamic leader skilled in data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and P&L management. As a Center Manager, you will help maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive, growth-oriented team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day functions of the imaging center to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for health, safety, and quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for operational excellence.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire clinical and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent, conduct performance evaluations, and set professional development plans.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative, and inclusive team culture that promotes morale, respect, and accountability.
  • Address and resolve internal staff issues or conflicts with professionalism and discretion.

Customer Service & Patient Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional patient experience by addressing and resolving customer service issues promptly.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Financial & Budget Management:

  • Oversee the center’s budget, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for savings, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial goals and develop action plans.

Culture & Environment Building:

  • Lead by example in creating a positive, patient-centric, and professional atmosphere.
  • Promote open communication, team-building activities, and regular feedback sessions.
  • Ensure alignment of team behaviors and practices with Precision Imaging’s mission and core values.

Quality Control & Best Practices:

  • Ensure imaging services adhere to Precision Imaging’s quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovations to maintain excellence in imaging technology and patient care.
  • Collaborate with other center managers and leadership to share best practices and continuously improve processes.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with upper management on the center’s performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on operational and financial metrics.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to align on strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in office or center management, ideally in healthcare.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and building cohesive cultures.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving efficiencies.
  • Customer Service: Ability to resolve conflicts and service issues with professionalism.
  • Commitment: Passion for maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
  • Shift: 8-hour shift
