Center Manager – Precision Imaging Centers
The Center Manager at Precision Imaging Centers is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the imaging center. This includes ensuring a seamless patient experience, managing staff, and meeting performance goals. The role requires a dynamic leader skilled in data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and P&L management. As a Center Manager, you will help maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive, growth-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day functions of the imaging center to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for health, safety, and quality.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Lead, manage, and inspire clinical and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, conduct performance evaluations, and set professional development plans.
- Foster a strong, collaborative, and inclusive team culture that promotes morale, respect, and accountability.
- Address and resolve internal staff issues or conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
Customer Service & Patient Experience:
- Ensure exceptional patient experience by addressing and resolving customer service issues promptly.
- Serve as the point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Financial & Budget Management:
- Oversee the center’s budget, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for savings, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial goals and develop action plans.
Culture & Environment Building:
- Lead by example in creating a positive, patient-centric, and professional atmosphere.
- Promote open communication, team-building activities, and regular feedback sessions.
- Ensure alignment of team behaviors and practices with Precision Imaging’s mission and core values.
Quality Control & Best Practices:
- Ensure imaging services adhere to Precision Imaging’s quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovations to maintain excellence in imaging technology and patient care.
- Collaborate with other center managers and leadership to share best practices and continuously improve processes.
Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with upper management on the center’s performance.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on operational and financial metrics.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to align on strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in office or center management, ideally in healthcare.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and building cohesive cultures.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving efficiencies.
- Customer Service: Ability to resolve conflicts and service issues with professionalism.
- Commitment: Passion for maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

- Pay: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
- Shift: 8-hour shift
