Position Overview:

As the Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional service from the moment they enter our centers. You’ll lead and mentor a team of front desk staff, ensuring that all interactions and processes reflect our commitment to outstanding service. While experience in the healthcare field is helpful, we are primarily seeking candidates with a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every patient receives a warm, personalized welcome. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs for front desk staff on customer interaction best practices. Continuously coach team members to refine their service skills.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing inquiries, ensuring all tasks are handled with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality standards and ensure all protocols and policies are followed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Patient Relations: Proactively engage with patients to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience. Handle escalated situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service processes and implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Culture of Service Excellence: Promote a culture that values heartfelt, exceptional service in every interaction.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

  • Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects to improve patient experience or operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee non-medical supplies, such as office supplies.
  • Support Center Manager: Assist the Center Manager in identifying and addressing operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing leadership role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible, with potential for evening and weekend shifts as needed.
