Phone Operator – Join Our Luxury Hospitality Radiology Practice

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Phone Operator to join our team at Precision Imaging Centers, a leading luxury hospitality radiology practice. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional client experiences and supporting administrative functions by managing incoming calls, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incoming Calls: Answer and handle calls promptly and professionally, representing the luxury brand of our practice.
  • Utilize Advanced Phone Systems: Ensure clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues.
  • Provide Assistance: Offer accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain Records: Keep thorough and organized records of calls, messages, and data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrate Impeccable Phone Etiquette: Ensure a warm, engaging experience for every caller.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Support clerical functions like filing, scheduling appointments, and dispatching information.
  • Multilingual Support: Assist non-English speaking clients when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a phone operator or similar role, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency: Skilled in using advanced phone systems and technology.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
  • Data Entry: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Multilingual Abilities: A plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
  • Professional Demeanor: A polished, professional approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
  • Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
