Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Full-Time Radiology Scheduler position. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage high volumes of work, and a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care. We are now hiring Schedulers to work PRN, part-time, or full-time at our call center located in the administrative offices on the southside of Jacksonville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle high-volume incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and a patient-focused attitude
- Input patient demographics and insurance information into the system with precision
- Communicate effectively the capabilities and limitations of physician services for appropriate scheduling
- Multitask and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and take ownership of tasks and outcomes
- Adapt and learn new software functionalities with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and thorough work
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
