Position Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager at Precision Imaging Centers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts into the Orlando region. You will leverage your extensive experience in the radiology space or your well-established relationships with local physicians to establish and nurture key partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and territory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Work with Director of growth to develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Orlando market, establishing Precision Imaging Centers as a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to drive referrals and business growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and referral networks, to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute business development plans tailored to the Orlando market, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and growth strategy.
- Client Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or territory management within the radiology space or with substantial relationships with local physicians.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the diagnostic imaging industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and other key stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and proactive with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
