What it is
Why Genetic Testing?
If you or any member of your family has ever been diagnosed with cancer, genetic testing can help identify inherited genetic mutations that may increase your chances of developing certain types of cancer. Specifically, the HALO hereditary cancer genetic testing process looks for genes commonly associated with cancers that run in families. Your HALO Precision Diagnostics Report will identify which screening tests may be recommended for you based on medical societal guidelines. Those test results can help detect hereditary cancers at an earlier stage, giving you and your provider the best opportunity to stay on top of your risks and start therapy for any disease you may develop when it is most easily treatable.
Don't leave your health to chance.
